Title Chasers LLC provides title search, lien research, lien release assistance, and related administrative services for vehicles in New York State. Our services are provided on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific engagement agreed upon with each client.
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work on a case if payment is not received in a timely manner. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Program description: Title Chasers LLC offers optional SMS text message notifications to keep you informed about your case. Messages may include case status updates, document requests, deadlines, and other transactional communications related to your active title or lien case.
Opt-in: SMS messaging is strictly opt-in. By providing your mobile phone number, checking the SMS consent box in your client portal, and saving your settings, you agree to receive text messages from Title Chasers LLC sent via Twilio. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase or use our services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your case activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number.

No mobile opt-in sharing: Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results, as many aspects of title and lien resolution depend on third parties and government agencies outside our control.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broome County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
